About Gustavo N. Mongelos, DDS
Dr. Mongelos is all about the personal contact between the caregiver and the patient. He understands that personal touch, communication, and education are the key factors in developing a long lasting and trustworthy relationship with his patients. He will warmly welcome you and upon a comprehensive evaluation, will address each and everyone of your concerns with a detailed explanation of the why’s, what’s and how’s of your dental treatment. Dr. Mongelos graduated on top of his class in 1987 at the National University of Asuncion, Paraguay. He then graduated on top of his class again in 1993 at Howard University College of Dentistry after a two years Pediatric Dentistry Program. He has completed several extensive continuing education programs on Endodontics, Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Prosthodontics. He has been serving the Washington Metropolitan Area since 1995. On a more personal note, Dr. Mongelos is an avid long distance runner and tennis player having completed several marathons in the last few years. He is a father of three vibrant and beautiful daughters.
