About Frederick Tan, DDS, MSc
Dr. Tan received his dental education and degree from the National University of Singapore. He later went for postgraduate training in Implant Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London (UCL), where he obtained a Master's degree in Implant Dentistry. He is experienced in surgical and restorative implant dentistry. He has been enjoying practising dentistry in the Bay Area since obtaining his California license in 2000. Having worked extensively in diverse clinical and cultural environments, Dr. Tan is comfortable caring for patients of all ages with a range of oral health issues. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. Dr. Tan has always been fascinated by the combination of art and science offered by dentistry and takes his time to discuss your needs and desires. His approach to dental treatment is comprehensive yet conservative, focusing on patients' comfort. To stay current with new technologies and clinical techniques, Dr. Tan regularly takes continuing education courses and participates in professional seminars. With over 20 years of experience in comprehensive dentistry, he is able to offer patients the widest range of treatment options to cater to their specific needs.
