About Fred A. Puccio, DDS
Dr. Fred A. Puccio, the Principal of Midland Family Dental Care, PA, started practicing in 1994. His expertise lies in all areas of dentistry, such as cosmetic, prosthetic, general, CEREC, and implant dentistry. Dr. Puccio graduated from New York University College Of Dentistry. He completed his post-doctoral specialized training at East Orange VA Medical Center, where he received numerous commendations from the Office of the Chief of Staff. He is a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Dentistry in the Honors Aesthetics Clinic in the dept. of Cariology and Comprehensive Care. He held a teaching position at Hackensack University Medical Center in the Dental Department, where he received an award of “Teaching Attending of the Year”. Among his many other accomplishments, he has been rewarded “America’s Top Dentists” by the Consumer’s Research Council of America. Dr. Puccio is regarded as highly skilled practitioner, with an incredible chair side manner. Dr. Puccio has been voted by his peers as a 201 Health Top Bergen Dentist the last three consecutive years. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, New Jersey Dental Association, The Bergen County Dental Society, and The New York/New Jersey CEREC Study Group. With 24 years of dental implant experience, Dr. Puccio is hands on with all aspects of implant dentistry including the placement of single and multi-implant surgeries, uncovering and preparing implants for final restorations, as well as fabricating the permanent crowns often using CEREC technology.
