About Farid Ebrahim, DDS
Founded in 2002, Ultra Smile Dentistry is on a mission to provide high-quality personalized dental care for individuals and families. Whether you are looking for general or cosmetic dentistry or emergency care, you can always count on our trusted dentist and team for worthwhile services. Dr. Ebrahim studied at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated with his DDS degree in 1997. Throughout his career he has been very involved and consistent with his continuing education. He has earned a fellowship in Implant Dentistry and is currently licensed to practice in Arizona, Florida, and California. In his spare time, Dr. Ebrahim enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, scuba diving, and swimming. Dr. Ebrahim truly has a passion for teaching. It shows in the kind of care and personal treatment that he provides to all our patients. His love of meeting new people creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in our practice. We are available Monday through Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM and on Saturdays by appointment. Also, we are members of ICOI and keep ourselves updated about the latest procedures and technology. Together, we wish to create a ‘Dental Home’ where you can benefit from quality service, meticulous treatment, compassion, honesty and respect. Serving the areas across Arizona in Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee, Apache Junction, Phoenix, San Tan Valley, and Queen Creek.
