About Eric D. Deverill, DDS

Dr. Eric Deverill is a Board-Certified Dental Implantologist who devotes 100% of his practice to the replacement of missing teeth, providing both the surgical and restorative aspects of oral implantology. He has expert training in implant surgery and has extensive experience in implant restoration, bone augmentation, and computer-assisted restorative treatment. He is trained in state-of-the-art techniques including computer-assisted implant placement and immediate placement or “same day” tooth replacement. Dr. Deverill received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego in 1977. He then graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry, Washington D.C. in 1981. After dental school, he entered the implant surgery residency at Loma Linda University, considered one of the top dental centers in the world. Because of his keen interest in implant surgery, he completed a two-year advanced Implant Surgery Fellowship at the prestigious Misch Institute, focusing on implant surgery & restorative treatment. Dr. Deverill was born and raised here in San Diego and created the Pacific Coast Implant Center in 2013. He has established himself as one of the leading dental implantologists in Southern California. He has lectured at regional meetings and has trained many local dentists on computer-assisted implant surgery. Dr. Deverill is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral Implantology, the International Congress of Oral Implantology and is an Associate-Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Deverill continues his studies and stays current with the latest developments in field of dental technology, 3D radiology, computer-assisted implantology, as well as innovations in endodontics and piezosurgery.
