About Emily Grimshaw, MD
Dr. Emily Grimshaw is a board-certified dermatologist who strives to provide the highest quality of care to her patients. Dr. Grimshaw enjoys all aspects of medical dermatology and treats a vast array of skin conditions. Her specialties and interests include treatment and management of general dermatologic conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne and pigmentary disorders, as well as skin cancer prevention and treatment. Dr. Grimshaw enjoys treating patients of all ages, including pediatric patients. She attended Indiana University and received a Bachelor of Science in Ballet Performance with an Outside Field in Pre-Medical Biology, graduating summa cum laude. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Grimshaw completed her internship at Houston Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX, and her dermatology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, where she served as Chief Resident her senior year. While completing her training and medical degree, Dr. Grimshaw was published in several dermatological publications and presented at the Texas Dermatological Society’s Annual meetings. Dr. Grimshaw joined Dallas Associated Dermatologists in July of 2018 and will be at our Baylor and Las Colinas offices.
