About Elizabeth Farrimond, DDS

Dr. Farrimond is among the most accomplished and regarded general dentists in San Antonio and South Texas. She is diligent in her pursuit to stay current in providing the profession’s leading dental care procedures while utilizing state-of-the-art technology, supplies and equipment. Dr. Farrimond has been a life-long resident of San Antonio and South Texas, establishing her practice more than 20 years ago. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor School of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas (a member of the Texas A&M University system). After graduation, she returned to San Antonio to practice alongside her father, Dr. Don Farrimond. Dr. Farrimond provides quality dentistry for her patients, caring for adults and children in her practice. She is widely recognized across San Antonio for her thorough and gentle care of patients of all ages. Dr. Elizabeth Farrimond is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the San Antonio District Dental Society. Dr. Farrimond is married to Jason R. Gillespie, DDS, MS, a prosthodontist also practicing in San Antonio. They have two children.
