About Edward J. Kenny, DDS
Dr. Edward J. Kenny earned his Bachelor of Science in biology from Marquette University in 1983. He then graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1987. Since graduating, Dr. Kenny has worked hard to remain current with the latest dental practices. To do so, he continues his education constantly. Dr. Kenny strives to offer comprehensive dental treatment to his patients and has sought to do so from the same office since 1987. Dr. Kenny is involved in Kiwanis and Boy Scouts. He is the past president, past treasurer, and current secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Des Plaines. He is also a past Lieutenant Governor of Division 8 of the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District of Kiwanis International, and he has chaired numerous District Committees. He is a past long-time Northwest Suburban Council Executive Board member and served as the District Chairman of the Blackhawk District in the Northwest Suburban Council for three years. In addition, Dr. Kenny is the Charter Organization Representative of Troop 25 in Des Plaines, IL. He has been the Troop Committee Chairman of Troop 67 in Northbrook, IL in the Northeast Illinois Council since 2003. Dr. Kenny has five children, and in his free time he enjoys camping, being in the outdoors, and SCUBA diving.
