About Ede Hamilton, Aesthetician Specialist

Ede is a long time Austinite and has been a practicing esthetician since 1998. She believes the path to beautiful, healthy skin begins with a simple home-care regimen, regular professional treatments, and quality products. She found a home at Garbo and has been with the team for over five years. A life-long belief in health and well-being inspired Ede to choose the field of esthetics. She began her career working at an Aveda salon and spa in Austin for three years. While there, she took the opportunity to study advanced facial techniques and classes at Neill Corporation in Hammond, Louisiana. She believes continuing education plays a major part in gaining knowledge and accessing useful tools for guests. Along the way, Ede worked for herself and added to her knowledge base by using many other high-grade products, procedures and techniques. Many of her clients have followed her here to Garbo over the past several years, where they have found a special place for their skin and haircare desires. "Every individual requires their own process for obtaining and maintaining the healthy skin they want, and that's why it's so important to customize. I honor each person coming to me for a treatment." Whether doing a facial or skin-care treatment, such as the various peels, facial and body waxing (including Brazilian), or make-up, Ede offers her tender touch with each Garbo experience. Ede and the spa team at Garbo helped us earn the votes of Austinites and take home recognition as the Best Day Spa in Austin 2013.
