I have two extreme passions in life: taking care of my skin and my love for animals. After receiving my Esthetics license in 2012, I found Eminence Organics Skin Care and fell deeply for this line. My goal was to partner with them one day…and my dream came true! I opened The Skin Cottage and promptly filled my shelves with my dream products. And now I can offer them to you! My passion for animals is very deep. I have two Australian Shepherds, Blue and Hank. They are my world. Blue is a social butterfly and Hank is an agility King. I have rescued a deer, two senior female boxers, two horses that trotted up my driveway (just imagine!) and a red-tailed hawk: https://youtu.be/2h5kuUYqru0 No animal in need crosses my path without getting my help. In addition to my dogs, I have three horses; one Icelandic horse and 2 miniatures. I enjoy the trails in the South Bay, often riding in the evening and watching the sunset. My horse has taken me to breathtaking views that I couldn’t have made it to by walking alone, and for that I am grateful. My goal at The Skin Cottage is to provide excellent skin care treatments with amazing products (Eminence Organics Skin Care), educate my clients on how to take great care of their skin and advise them on which products will help them obtain maximum results. I believe that relaxation is a very important element in receiving a facial and I aim for that in each treatment. I want my clients to feel rejuvenated in their skin as well as their mind and body.
