About Deborah R. Wu, MD
Dr. Wu is an Ophthalmologist, providing comprehensive eye care to her patients. After earning her medical degree at the University of Wisconsin Medical School, she came to Michigan for a residency at William Beaumont Health System, in Royal Oak, Michigan.She furthered her plastic surgery training with the Consultants in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Wu specializes in general ophthalmic exams, cataract surgery, lasers/injections for diabetes and macular degeneration, eyelid surgeries (oculoplastics) and lesion removals. She is the area’s leading expert in cosmetic enhancements offering Botox® and cosmetic fillers. Dr. Wu is among the few certified Michigan surgeons to perform iStent® implant surgery for Glaucoma.Dr. Wu enjoys figure skating and is a member of the Detroit Figure Skating Club and co-founder of the University of Wisconsin Figure Skating Club.
