About Davina W. Schulman, MD
A native of Northern California, Dr. Davina Wu Schulman brings clinical and scientific expertise to the care of her patients. After graduating with honors from the University of California, Davis, Dr. Schulman conducted research at the National Institutes of Health before attending the University of California, San Francisco, where she earned a prestigious combined M.D.-Ph.D. degree. Her immunology research has been published in Science and presented at national conferences. Dr. Wu completed a medicine internship at the University of California, Davis, and then returned to UCSF as a dermatology resident. After concluding her final year of residency at UC Davis, Dr. Wu remained in Sacramento and joined Calkin Boudreaux Dermatology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is actively involved in the local dermatology community. Outside of the office, she spends most of her time with her two young children, who are adorable!
