About David P. Nguyen, DDS

Dr. Nguyen received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois in 2001, graduating with high honors in the top 2% of his class. In 2007, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and then continued his post-graduate training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, where he developed his skills in intravenous sedation, periodontal and oral surgery, advanced endodontic and restorative procedures, and other complex dental cases. He continues to develop new skills and stays up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending continuing education courses. He has been trained with the world-renowned implantologist Dr. Carl Misch and prosthodontist Dr. John Kois. He earned the honorary fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2015. Dr. Nguyen offers a wide range of services including crowns/bridges, veneers, dentures, implants, sinus lift, gum and bone grafting, gum disease treatment and surgery, wisdom teeth extraction, root canal treatment and retreatment, invisible braces (Invisalign), just to name a few. He also provides services for the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea using oral devices. For patients who are anxious or fearful of dental treatment, he offers oral and IV conscious sedation in the office. Dr. Nguyen's extensive training in aesthetic and implant dentistry allows him to offer his patients with different treatment options from simple to complex. He pays great attention to his patients' concerns and provides them with necessary information to make informed decisions. His knowledge and passion for dentistry has enabled him to stay at the forefront in delivering care for his patients.
