About David M. Creech, MD

Dr. David Creech opened his practice in 1988. He graduated with a BS from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri in 1976 after completing active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant and Hospital Administrative Specialist. He continued his studies doing neurochemistry research at the University of Missouri, Columbia, for a year before entering medical school. Dr. Creech attended the University of Missouri and received his M.D. degree. He continued his education with an internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center. From there he moved to the University of Louisville Medical School in Louisville, Kentucky to complete a residency in Plastic Surgery. Dr. Creech is a member American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Arizona Society for Plastic Surgery. Dr. Creech is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. The practice specialties and procedures include: Abdominoplasty, Liposuction, Body Contouring, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Breast Reduction, Implant Exchange, Gynecomastia, Thigh Lift, Brachioplasty, Buttock Lift, Facelift, Brow Lift, Mid-Facelift (subperiosteal), Fat Injections with Platelet Rich Plasma, Blepharoplasty, Skin Resurfacing, Rhinoplasty, Septoplasty, Facial Implants, and Otoplasty. We also offer Botox and Juvederm treatments, which are performed by Dr. Creech.
