About Darcy Hunt, Aesthetician Specialist
At the age of four, I declared myself an artist and my life ambition was to follow that path. I earned a degree in fine arts at the University of California, Davis, with a focus on oil painting and drawing and transferred my knowledge of color, hues and tones from canvas to skin. In 2002, I became an esthetician and found myself passionate about skincare, waxing and makeup. Makeup as a creative medium brings pleasure to clients and ignites my inner glamour-girl. My lifelong friend Elise and I established Sage Salon in 2012. Having the creative space to use my knowledge and experience in the beauty industry, is a dream made real. Photographers, such as Jose Villa, Elizabeth Messina, and Meg Smith, have captured my work, which have been contributed to publications like Town And Country and Martha Stewart Weddings.
