About Dana B. Kang
Dr. Dana Kang, co-owner of Glendale Dermatology, located in Glendale, California and serving the greater Los Angeles area, is a leading, board-certified dermatologist. She has extensive knowledge and experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Kang is committed to providing each patient with the care that they need to feel confident and happy with their skin.Dr. Kang earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Amherst College before receiving her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). While at UCSF, Dr. Kang gained extensive research experience working with Dr. John Koo, a world-renowned leader in the treatment of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. She went on to complete her internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, followed by a residency in dermatology at the University of Southern California (USC). During her residency, she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Kang authored an article titled “Giant Subcutaneous Tumors on the Thighs” that was published in the Archives of Dermatology. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at USC, teaching dermatology residents a wide range of surgical and cosmetic techniques and was recognized by USC with an outstanding teaching award. Dr. Kang is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
