About Carlton J. Perry, MD
Dr. Carlton Perry is a double-board certified plastic surgeon and is a current member of the American College of Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Perry is also a member of the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons. River Oaks Plastic Surgery Center is located in the heart of Houston, Texas. Dr. Perry's career is dedicated to studying, developing and applying the newest, most effective plastic surgery techniques. He has trained extensively in the U.S. and Europe. Dr. Perry refined innovative surgical techniques in the field of breast surgery while working with international physicians in Milan, Italy, at the European Institute of Oncology. It was during this time in Europe that Dr. Perry visited several small, boutique plastic surgery centers that were to provide him with the inspiration on which he would later found River Oaks Plastic Surgery Center – a facility unlike any other in Houston, Texas.
