About Carlos E. Vila, DDS
Dr. Carlos Vila was born in Venezuela and has lived in the United States since the age of two. He is fluent in Spanish as well as English, and welcomes the community's spanish speaking patients. He received a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Oral Roberts University in 1982. He then attended Georgetown Dental School and graduated among the top of his class in 1986. After completing his General Practice Residency at Tufts University Dental School, he settled in the Main Line area in 1988, and has lived and practiced here since then. Dr. Vila is an active member in the national and local dental community. His membership in the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Academy of Stomatology is evidence of his commitment to continuing education and to providing first-rate care for his patients. Respected by his colleagues, Dr. Vila is the 2005 past president of the Main Line Dental Society. He has also been one of the Top Dentists in Main Line Today magazine for multiple years. In Dr. Vila's spare time he enjoys running, cycling, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends!
