About Cam Ngoc T. Dong, DDS
Dr. Cam Ngoc (Kathy) T. Dong is a dentist for patients of all ages stated by many patients Dr. Dong received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of Texas Health Science School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas and awarded “Best of the Best Award Excellence” in prosthodontics. Prior to receiving her second Doctoral Degree from UT, she had earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2004 from Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Born in the city of Can Tho, Vietnam to the parents of Hai Dong and Thoi Cao, she was raised to be extremely determined and tenacious. Dr. Kathy Dong loves helping people approach a good oral health and beautiful smile. She extremely enjoys interacting with patients of all ages and likes to make each patient feel comfortable as if they are just like family. Dr. Dong is also a lifelong learner. To be able to give her patients the highest quality of care, Dr. Dong has dedicated her time and effort to continue furthering her education and certifications every possible way. She is committed to staying current with the latest technology and advances in dentistry. She has completed many continuing education and certification courses such as advanced training programs in laser dentistry, dental implants, bone grafting, orthodontics, prosthodontics, occlusion, TMJ Treatment, advanced root canal treatment, endodontic surgery, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and 3D CBCT analysis. In addition to operating “the Favour Dental” practice in Houston Texas, Dr. Dong has also been diligently making efforts to educate people all over the world about oral health since 2016 on an international program. With the collaborative efforts of Dr. Dong’s team and the VIETV Network, they have created a show called “Dentistry & Life” to connect with patients and inform them on how improved their quality of life through achieving good oral health. Every month Dr. Dong sets aside time to make a VIETV appearance on the Dentistry & Life program. On the live show, callers everywhere from thousands of miles away can call in and talk to Dr. Dong directly and address any questions or concerns that they may have pertaining Dentistry.
