About Bradley Hammond, DDS

Dr. Bradley Hammond, DDS, MD, has been in practice for over 7 years and is Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. His range of expertise includes facial cosmetic surgery and advanced dental implant placement as well as all aspects of oral and maxillofacial surgery. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1996, Dr. Hammond proceeded to attend the widely known, prestigious School of Dentistry at Northwestern University, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2000 with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). While attending Northwestern, Dr. Hammond was elected to Omicron Kappa Epsilon National Dental Honor Society and earned the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons Dental Award.After graduation from dental school, Dr. Hammond decided to extend his training and entered the University of Nebraska Medical School and received his medical degree (MD). Dr. Hammond then did a year of General Surgery followed by an additional three years of specialized training in Oral Maxillofacial and Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He finished this residency in 2006. In addition to the above mentioned achievements and honors, Dr. Hammond is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is a member of the Arizona Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is licensed to practice both medicine and dentistry in the state of Arizona, and is on the active staff roster at Del E. Webb Hospital. Dr. Hammond is credentialed in all areas of facial plastic surgery at Del E. Webb hospital, including facelifts, eyelids, forehead lift, rhinoplasty, as well as maxillary and mandibular reconstruction. Dr. Hammond keeps current with new procedures and technology by attending continuing education courses and attending national meetings pertaining to both modalities of his practice.Born in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Dr. Hammond is the son of a General Vascular Surgeon. He is one of five children, all of whom are in medical or dental professions. He and his wife Jennifer, who is actively involved in the practice, have five children of their own, and are both committed to the community outside the practice as well. An avid golfer, and sports devotee, Dr. Hammond coaches youth basketball, football, and baseball teams, is active in his church and is a member of the City of Surprise and Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce.While extensively trained and skilled in oral implant surgery, orthognathic surgery and reconstruction of traumatic facial injuries, Dr. Hammond has a special interest and affinity for Facial Cosmetic Surgery. This affinity translates into a unique, artistic talent for sculpting both soft and hard tissues of the face, thereby providing a natural, fresh and youthful look. This can be accomplished using both surgical and non-surgical options. He is passionate about all aspects of cosmetic facial surgery and loves going to work and making people look and feel better. Dr. Hammond has significant experience with laser resurfacing of the skin. He has been trained and has performed resurfacing procedures with both CO2 and Erbium lasers. Dr. Hammond has performed hundreds of laser resurfacing procedures alone and in conjunction with face lifts, eyebrow lifts, as well as eyelid procedures. The resurfacing procedures in turn make the patient’s skin look and feel more youthful and beautiful. Dr. Hammond is a Gold Status Botox, Juvederm, and Latisse provider. Dr. Hammond is also very passionate about oral implant reconstruction. Within his Surgery Center there is a state of the art CT scanner, called the iCAT. This CT scanner allows Dr. Hammond to perform guided dental implant surgery. This will often allow Dr. Hammond to place implants as well as the restoration in the same day (“Teeth in a Day”). In addition to this, Dr. Hammond has been well trained and performs zygomatic implants.
