About Birju R. Merchant, DDS
Dr. Raj has a wealth of experience in both surgical and cosmetic dentistry. He has an artistic eye for dentistry with a special interest in cosmetic and surgical procedures and transforming peoples smiles. With 18 years of experience in dentistry, he performs the latest techniques including dental implant placement and teeth restorations. Dr. Raj is a fully certified Invisalign and Clear Correct provider. He is a highly skilled general and restorative dentist and continuously attends postgraduate training courses to improve his level of dentistry. Well loved by his patients, Dr. Raj is highly sought after due to his great chairside manner, a direct and honest style, and approachable demeanor. Dr. Raj maintains a very balanced life that allows for him to keep his love of dentistry fresh. He is happily married with three children. In his down time, he enjoys skiing with his family, hiking and mountain biking Arizona trails. He recently accomplished his 2nd Degree Black Belt in Hap Ki Do, a Korean martial art.
