About Bhakti K. Desai, DDS
Dr. Bhakti Desai has been practicing dentistry for last 26 years and in San Jose for last 19 years. She graduated from Bombay University in 1981 and practiced in Mumbai till 1985 when she migrated to USA. She got her California credentials in 1987 and has been serving the community ever since. She is a member of Santa Clara Dental Society, California, Indian and American Dental Associations. Dr. Desai is an experienced, gentle and caring dentist. She has shown her caring by donating her services to “Give Kids A Smile” program by American Dental Association. She donates her services for the handicapped, the Indian Community and has been a volunteer for Santa Clara Dental Society for treating children in need. In 2006 she was recognized by the Society for Outstanding Volunteer Service to the Dental Society and community at large. Dr. Desai also keeps herself up to date on the latest techniques by regularly upgrading her skills in General and Aesthetic Dentistry by attending various hands on courses at UOP and UCSF. She treats patients of all ages ranging from 3 years onwards. She provides a comprehensive treatment plan working with Specialists and your Physicians. Referral to her practice from existing patients has helped her practice grow and is a testimonial of her gentle, caring personality. She values time and never has any patient waiting more than 10 minutes.
