About Barry Silver, MD, FAAD
Dr. Barry Silver graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. He attended the Medical College of Virginia (Virginia Commonwealth University), where he earned his medical degree and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed a Harvard University Dermatology residency program at Massachusetts General Hospital and earned his dermatology board certification in 1977. Dr. Silver was an active member of the Summit Medical Group in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey for over three decades. He provides medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services to patients of all ages. His patient-focused philosophy is to always find the most efficient, cost-effective and complete resolution to the problem at hand. With special surgical skills in a wide range of dermatologic procedures, he offers precision treatment of varied conditions, from spider veins to anti-aging treatments, and also has expertise in Botox® treatments and facial fillers such as Juvederm™, Restylane® and Radiesse®.
