About Aura M. Picon, DDS
Dr. Picon is a General Dentist that graduated in the Universidad Central de Venezuela in Caracas where she then continued her post graduate studies in the field of Oral Surgery focused in dentoalveolar surgery. She then came to live in Miami, Florida where she completed a General Practice Residency in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital reinforcing her knowledge in General Dentistry and followed with a one year fellowship in Dental Implantology and Bone Grafting in that same institution. During all those years of training she was involved in Continued Education in Dental Implants and Bone Grafting as a clinical instructor. Dr. Picon has more than twenty years of experience as a Dentist and her background of studies in Oral Surgery and Implantology give her a broad perspective in her everyday Practice of General Dentistry.
