About Anthea Mccormick, DMD
Dr. Anthea McCormick grew up in Mishawaka, Indiana and attended Manchester College where she majored in Biology-Chemistry and minored in Psychology. Following graduation, she moved to the western suburbs of Chicago to receive her training as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Downers Grove. Dr. McCormick first fell in love with dentistry at a young age because her mother is a hygienist and she spent many hours in a dental office growing up. She understands that patients have busy schedules, and therefore, strives to make each visit a positive and educational one. Specializing in cosmetic dentistry, she aims to help patients of all ages meet their dental needs so they can achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. Dr. McCormick is dedicated to continuing her education and staying committed to volunteering in dentistry. In 2016 she went on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic to provide free dental care to patients of all ages. She is currently an active member of Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Delta Sigma Delta.
