Annette was educated in Europe in the field of International Hotel Management and Marketing as well as Business Management here in the USA. She was also trained as a beautician and hair styling artist in France and Sweden. As a Design Team Member for Rolfs Salon 1996 to 2001, she represented the United States as the number 1 model in Coitture International Hair Publication in Japan, which led Rolf winning first place at the International Hair Competition in Japan (1998). In 1996, Annette (known as Anneka) reported on the Oscars for channel 3TV Arizona from the red carpet. Annette began working Monday mornings on 3TV Good Morning Arizona as an on-air personality performing makeovers and giving beauty advice. She continued this segment on a regular basis for the next six years. Her segment was the highest rated for that time slot in 1998. During her tenure at 3TV she also styled, cut and colored the hair of the newscasters for the Good Morning America telecast. In 1997, Annette was a CNN guest correspondent at the Academy Awards. As a designer and beautician, she has an impressive portfolio of clients, including cheerleaders from the Suns, Cardinals and Mercury. Some of her other clients were local broadcasters and celebrities from the Phoenix area. Her unique personality reflects a no nonsense approach to life, a perpetually evolving sense of style and fashion combined with remarkable wit and charm.
