About Angela K. Walker, MD
Angela Walker is an engaging and dedicated dermatologist based in San Mateo, CA. Dr. Walker graduated summa cum laude from Truman State University with a biology degree and received her medical training from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO. She completed both her internship and residency programs in Pediatrics and Dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco. Presently, Dr. Walker works as a locum tenens physician, traveling to various regional clinics and providing dermatological services. She has seen patients in both inpatient and outpatient venues and in primary care and specialty settings. Although Dr. Walker has experience with cosmetic procedures such as Botox and laser therapy, she is most accomplished in issues relating to pediatric skin disease and preventative medicine in primary care and dermatology. She also has a budding clinical interest in teledermatology.
