About Andrew H. Vendelis, DDS
Dr. Vendelis specializes in all aspects of dentistry. He has taken numerous continuing education classes in Endodontics. He utilizes the latest dental technology, such as laser tissue treatment, digital radiography and fabricates custom mouth guards for local high-school athletes. His passion in dentistry is creating beautiful smiles. Dr. Vendelis graduated from Poly High School. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D. S.) from Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, presently known as the University of Maryland Dental School. After his graduation he was a clinical instructor. Dr. Vendelis served in the National Guard as the Chief of Dental Surgery. He and his wife, Sophia, have resided in Timonium, Maryland for many years. He started his practice in his house and moved it to its present location in 1985. Dr. Vendelis and Sophia raised three children and have eight grand-children. When Dr. Vendelis is not creating smiles, or spending time with his family he can be found at any of the local golf courses. He works with his daughter Anastasia and hopes that one day he will see a grandchild working in the office! ""To me dentistry is an art that must be crafted to each individual’s hopes and desires.
