About Amy E. Farrell, DDS

Dr. Farrell has been working in the dental field for nearly a decade now, and she is so proud to be contributing back to the community that helped raise her. She takes the time to develop a warm and trusting relationship with each valued patient here at NeoSmile Dental Care. From a young age, Dr. Farrell knew that when it came to her career, she wanted to do something that made a difference in the community and helped people while also combining her love of science, art, and working with her hands. She had a family friend who was a dentist; when he suggested that she shadow him during work hours, she quickly realized that she could achieve all of her goals through the dental profession while also forming wonderful, long-lasting relationships with people in the community. The thing that really pushed her over the top to pursue this path, though, was seeing the joy on someone’s face when they finally achieved a beautiful smile or escaped serious oral pain, allowing them to enjoy their life once more. The opportunity to relieve discomfort and suffering is definitely a huge privilege of the job! After completing her undergraduate degree at Gettysburg College, Dr. Farrell pursued her doctorate at the University of Maryland Dental School. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Abington Memorial Hospital. From there, she joined a unique dental/medical collaboration practice in Philadelphia, where she focused her care on cosmetics and general dentistry. After welcoming a daughter, she chose to move back to her hometown of Ambler and practiced locally until finding her home here at NeoSmile Dental Care.
