About Allan E. Wulc, MD

Dr. Allan Wulc is the lead surgeon at W Cosmetic Surgery®, with more than 25 years experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery. His practice includes everything from eye lifts and facelifts, to laser treatments, facial peels, Botox®, and much more. Dr. Wulc is quadruple board-certified in cosmetic and plastic surgery, ophthalmology, and oculoplastic surgery. He is also a diplomate of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He is the only surgeon in the tri-state area with these qualifications. As a leader in his field, and pioneer of new surgical techniques, he has led lectures, presentations, and written countless publications about his work. Dr. Allan Wulc’s experience and passion focus exclusively on eyelid and facial surgery. In a cosmetic setting, he has performed hundreds of upper and lower eyelid surgeries (blepharoplasty) and brow lifts. In the realm of plastic surgery, he is an industry influencer for his expertise in reconstructive eyelid and facial surgery. He was trained and educated at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and completed two fellowships at the University of Arizona and in London at Moorfields Hospital.
