About Allan Jones, DDS
Allan Jones is a South Bay native who grew up in San Pedro and Torrance and graduated from South High School. He began his South Bay practice in 1979 and has served the community with traditional dental services for more than three decades. In addition to leading his practice, Dr. Jones has been teaching for more than 30 years. For 24 years (1984–2008), he was a clinical instructor at the University of Southern California (USC) School of Dentistry, where he taught courses on bite-related issues, facial pain and restorative dentistry. He is currently on the faculty of the Newport Coast Oral Facial Institute, teaching posture, ergonomics and exercise for dentists.
