About Alka D. Tiwary, DDS

For more than 20 years, Alka Tiwary, DDS, has provided expert dental care at her practice, WestBay Dental in Tampa, Florida. With her family-style approach to care, Dr. Tiwary helps her patients feel at ease and many of her patients have been with her for years. Dr. Tiwary is very detail-oriented, develops personalized dental plans, and is considered a force in the dental community. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois, Dr. Tiwary earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She then furthered her education with a two-year optional residency in oral surgery at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. To provide the best possible dental care at WestBay Dental, Dr. Tiwary always expands her skillset and holds certifications in many specialty areas, including advanced Botox® and fillers in dentistry, Invisalign®, and implantology. In addition to regular dental exams and cleanings, Dr. Tiwary specializes in cosmetic dentistry and offers teeth whitening, veneers, crowns and bridges, and dentures at the general dental practice. She also offers cosmetic injections, including Botox and Juvéderm®. Dedicated to her profession, Dr. Tiwary is an active member of many organizations, including the Florida Dental Association, the West Coast District Dental Association, and the Upper Pinellas County Dental Association. She also serves on the State of Florida Dental Board of Examiners.
