About Ali R. Lashgari, MD
Dr. Ali R. Lashgari is a board-certified dermatologist who’s been practicing dermatology, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatology since 1996. Dr. Lashgari received his Bachelor of Science with honors from Caltech in Pasadena, CA. He next received his Medical Degree from University of California at San Diego (UCSD) and did his medical internship training at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. He then returned to UCSD for his dermatology residency which he completed in 1996, the same year he became board certified. He has had board re-certifications in 2006 and 2016. Dr. Lashgari had his own solo practice in Encinitas from 1999 until 2016, at which point he sold his practice to CSI and has been working in a small town, rural setting for the past 3 years. He’s now excited to return to Encinitas to work part-time for CSI. Dr. Lashgari has many years of experience doing general dermatology, dermatologic surgery including Mohs Micrographic Surgery, and performing many cosmetic procedures such as Botox®, various fillers, and laser procedures. He’s excited to be back in the Encinitas and North County community and hopes to again see some of his previous patients, and some new ones.
