Board-certified dentist Alex Givens, DDS, brings more than half a decade of experience in preventive and general dentistry to Healthy Smiles Dental Care in Manchester, Chelsea, Flint, Lansing, Barton City, and Muskegon, Michigan. Dr. Givens earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Detroit Mercy and his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School. Dr. Givens excelled at dental school and was active on campus, holding membership in the American Student Dental Association, the Christian Dental Association, and Delta Sigma Delta. Before entering private practice, Dr. Givens served as an associate dentist at Frankenmuth Family Dental Associates in Frankenmuth, Michigan, where he received training in endodontics, restorative dental techniques, implant dentistry, removable prosthetics, and oral surgery.
