About Aleda Longwell, MD
I attended U.C. Berkeley for undergraduate school, and then completed my medical school training at the University of Rochester in upstate New York, where I was graduated with Honors. I was fortunate to continue my surgery training at Northwestern University in Chicago, and then enjoyed my Dermatology Residency at Baylor College of Medicine, where I also trained an additional year as the Mohs Micrographic Surgery Fellow. While I enjoy General Dermatology and treat all ages of patients, I have additional training in skin cancer, and in skin cancer surgery. I am one of the newest additions to the Dermatology Department at Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Medical Center, and I feel very fortunate to be an integral part of such a wonderful and extremely talented team of doctors and staff here on the Penninsula.
