About Agata Skiba, DDS

Dr. Agata Skiba graduated with degrees in Biology and Spanish from DePaul University, and went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Since her graduation, she has been in private practice with balanced focus on cosmetic, restorative and family dentistry. Dr. Agata provides a wide range of dental services to her patients, including cosmetic and restorative dentistry (crowns, veneers, bridges, fillings), periodontics, preventive dentistry, pediatric dentistry and endodontics (root canals). She also has specialized training in orthodontics, as well as the therapeutic and cosmetic use of Botox/fillers in dentistry. She provides both Invisalign clear braces as well as conventional orthodontics. Dr. Agata’s passion for dentistry extends well beyond the dental office. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and served as President of her local branch of the Chicago Dental Society. She is also a big believer in volunteering — she has traveled as far as to the remote mountain regions of Guerrero, Mexico to provide dentistry to its hardworking and underserved residents, as well as closer to home as part of the Dental Lifeline Network team of volunteer dentists. While dentistry is definitely Dr. Skiba’s passion, she is also a proud mom to Leo, her rambunctious toddler! When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Agata enjoys reading, gardening, practicing yoga and spending time with her family. Dr. Skiba resides in Park Ridge with her husband and son. You’ll often see them out and about town.
